Portfolio value is the current value used for ranking in the challenge snapshot. It reflects the challenge portfolio's holdings and cash according to the recorded competition data.
Understanding cash
Cash is unused virtual challenge capital. More cash can mean more flexibility but less market exposure.
Open vs. closed positions
Open positions are currently held in the challenge portfolio. Closed positions have an exit recorded and become part of the historical result.
Why weekly trade availability matters
